Four people and one basic question
We recently onboarded a company, and one pretty basic question, "How many Microsoft 365 users and mailboxes do you have?" went through four people.
We thought we finally had the answer. We didn't. By the time we had a real count, there were more users and more mailboxes than anyone had named.
