I've spent my career fixing IT setups that were patched together and never built to last. I started Define Edge because business owners deserve a team that actually picks up the phone, explains things in plain English, and treats their systems like their own. What our name means
People ask about the name.
"Edge" is the advantage a business gets when its systems actually work. The network is reliable. The backups are tested. Nobody loses an afternoon to a problem that should not exist. Most companies never notice that advantage, because when technology is done right, there is nothing to notice.
"Define" is the part we do. We figure out what a business actually needs, write it down, label it, and build it so it holds up. A system nobody documented is a system nobody can fix quickly. That is true of a network closet, a Microsoft 365 setup, or a camera system.
Define Edge is both halves. Work out what you need, then build it so it keeps working.
